The admin tools come with you to the rink, where you actually need them.
The apps are not a cut-down view of the website. Captains and coaches get the tools that matter in the ten minutes before puck drop, standing in a cold hallway with one hand free.
What admins can do from the app
- Set another player's status — for the guy who texted you instead of opening the app.
- Nudge undecided players straight from the game roster, without going back to a laptop.
- Edit the roster and schedule — fix a jersey number, correct a game time.
- Add comments to a player's status, so the reason travels with the "out".
- Full chat — team, game, and direct messages, with polls and reactions.
